By accessing our website, creating an account, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Definitions
- "User" / "You" / "Data Principal" — any individual who accesses our website, creates an account, or uses our services
- "Services" — all services offered by ACS including website development, software solutions, consulting, compliance & taxation, digital marketing, SEO, social media management, hosting, and related digital services
- "Personal Data" — has the meaning assigned under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
- "Account" — a registered customer account on our platform
- "Platform" — the website affluentconsultancy.in and its associated web applications and systems
2. Eligibility
To create an account or use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian if you are a minor under Indian law
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
- Not be barred from using our services under any applicable law

3. Account Registration and Security
When creating an account, you agree to:

- Keep your login credentials (email address and password) strictly confidential
- Notify us immediately at info@affluentconsultancy.in if you become aware of any unauthorised use of or access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably suspect that information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.
Session Security: Your login session will automatically expire after 20 minutes of inactivity to protect your account from unauthorised access.
4. Services
ACS provides professional services as described on our website. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that:
- Service timelines and deliverables are subject to the specific engagement agreement, scope of work, and your timely cooperation including document submission and approvals
- Service availability, features, pricing, and specifications may be updated from time to time
- Compliance and tax-related services (such as ITR filing, GST registration, etc.) are subject to the availability and functioning of relevant government portals which are outside our control
- ACS does not guarantee any specific outcome in respect of government approvals, tax assessments, or litigation
5. Payments
All payments for services must be made through the authorised payment gateway available on our platform. By making a payment, you agree that:
- Payments are processed by third-party payment gateway providers. ACS does not store your card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking credentials, or any other sensitive financial information
- You are responsible for ensuring that the payment amount and purpose are correct before confirming any transaction
- You will specify the purpose of payment accurately when prompted during the payment process, as this is recorded against your account for reference
- Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date by writing to info@affluentconsultancy.in with your Order ID
- Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy
6. Your Data Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data that we process:
- Right to Access: Request a summary of what personal data we hold about you and how it is being used
- Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data through your account settings or by contacting us

9. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform including but not limited to the ACS logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, software, and service descriptions is owned by or licensed to Affluent Consultancy Services. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website for the purpose of using our services. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written consent.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
- Provide false or misleading information
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Fail to make payment for services rendered
Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 6 consecutive months may be scheduled for deletion. We will send a notification to your registered email address at least 7 days before any deletion. If you log in during this period, the deletion will be cancelled. This policy exists to protect your privacy and ensure we do not retain personal data longer than necessary, in line with the DPDP Act.
You may also request deletion of your account at any time through your account settings or by emailing info@affluentconsultancy.in. Account deletion is subject to our retention obligations under applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- ACS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our platform or services
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ACS in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including government portal downtime, internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and other applicable legislation. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Odisha, India.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Affluent Consultancy Services with respect to your use of our platform and services, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
Consent & Agreement — By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older (or that a parent or lawful guardian has consented on your behalf), and that you freely and specifically consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
